Products are ordered from the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the content in the online payment service, all customer information is treated confidentially. See more info on Privacy policy.

Payment
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

With Paytrail you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a payment card (credit/debit) or invoice. Delivery costs included in the order are displayed on the store's checkout page in connection with the delivery method and in the order overview. The chosen delivery method and the content of the order affect the delivery costs.

VISKLIG Wednesday Pick-up is a delivery method for you who want to pick up your order from our pick-up point. You can pick up your order on Wednesdays at 18.00-20.00 from Rihkamatori 2, 06100 Porvoo (opposite of the Simolin house). See below step by step on how to proceed:
1. Order your product.
2. Select "VISKLIG Wednesday Pick-up" as the delivery method.
3. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick-up.
4. Send a Whatsapp message / SMS both 15 min. before you arrive and when you are on site to 040 374 0263. We will bring your order out to the pick-up point as soon as possible.
Returns for VISKLIG Wednesday Pick-up delivery method: Send an email to us at info@visklig.fi and select a time at which you want to return the product to our pick-up point. Times for returns are Wednesdays 18.00-20.00. Address: Rihkamatori 2, 06100 Porvoo (opposite of the Simolin house). All items must be returned undamaged, unused, with all labels on the garment and in the original packaging the products came in. If these requirements are not met, we will not be able to accept your return and issue a refund.
VISKLIG Express Nearby Locker Pick-up (S-market Näsi, Porvoo):

VISKLIG Express Nearby Locker Pick-up (S-market Näsi, Porvoo) is a delivery method for you who want your order to be delivered to you quickly, affordably and effortlessly.
The order is picked up from S-market Näsi, upstairs Posti parcel locker (Aleksanterinkaari 1, 06100 Porvoo).
Your order will be processed and then delivered to the S-market Näsi Posti parcel locker, often even on the same day, but no later than 48 hours from the time of ordering.
Once your order can be picked up, you will receive the information and the locker code as a text message that will allow you to pick up your order.

The order must be picked up within two (2) days of receiving the text message.
NOTE! If the parcel locker in S-market Näsi is full, the parcel will be routed to a Posti parcel locker in shopping center Lundi (Rauhankatu 24, 06100 Porvoo). You will receive a notice of arrival that will tell you where you can pick up your parcel.
For non-collected shipments, we charge a handling fee of 15€.

VISKLIG Express Nearby Locker Pick-up (Shopping center Lundi, Porvoo) is a delivery method for you who want your order to be delivered to you quickly, affordably and effortlessly.
The order is picked up from Shopping center Lundi, Posti parcel locker (Rauhankatu 24, 06100 Porvoo).

Posti - Postal Parcel: Delivery to the selected pick-up point, parcel locker (Smartpost) or office. Deliveries primarily within 1 day.
Delivery cost: 7,90€. Free delivery for orders over 150€.
Posti - Express Parcel: Express items are delivered to the customer during the next business day between 8.00-16.00. The item will be delivered to the address indicated on the address label and handed over against an acknowledgement.
Delivery cost: 10,90€.
Posti International - Parcel Connect: Quick and inexpensive delivery with a Parcel Connect parcel.
Delivered to the recipient or a pickup point as is the custom in the destination country.
Delivery cost: from 10,90€ (the price varies depending on where the product is to be delivered)
NOTE! Posti will keep the delivered package for 7 days. For a package that is not picked up and returned to us, we will charge a handling fee of 15€.
Delivery time
The delivery time from our stock is 1-3 business days, but may vary depending on the product or delivery method.
The delivery time outside Finland is approximately 2-14 business days.
NOTE! Visklig Ab and Posti are not responsible for any delivery delays arising from Customs inspections or other measures in the destination country.
Any different delivery times will be announced separately on the online stores website. If a product goes into production from order, the delivery time will be longer. It usually takes about 2 weeks to make the product. We at Visklig Ab try to balance good delivery times and avoid any unnecessary stockpiling.
Return policy
We offer free returns in Finland. But we would like to remind our customers to thoroughly check the measurements on the product before ordering. We want to minimize unnecessary shipping as much as possible.

Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day return policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The 14-day return period begins upon receipt of the products ordered. You must notify us within this time of your decision to return the product/products. All items must be returned undamaged, unused, with all labels on the garment and in the original packaging the products came in. If these requirements are not met, we will not be able to accept your return and issue a refund.
Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3-8 business days (up to 14 business days) for your return to be processed.
Once your return has been processed, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Payment refunds are directed to the same payment method you used to pay for your order. We do not start the repayment process until we get the product back.
In case the item is damaged or defective, please email info@visklig.fi with your order number, description of the issue and pictures of the damage/defect.
Exchanging a product
If you want to exchange a product, return the product according to the return instructions above. Then place a new order for the product and size you want.
